All nutrition coaching sessions are virtual with screen sharing to enhance collaboration and education. My coaching platform also offers HIPPA-encrypted messaging for continuous support.
I have a few questions before I commit. Can we arrange a call?
Absolutely! If you are serious about working together, I offer a complimentary discovery call to make sure we’re a good fit for each other. Please answer a few short questions and schedule your call here.
What is the length of a membership program?
Memberships start at 12 weeks. I find this is the proper length of time needed to create sustainable habits and see real results!
How many calls do I get with a membership?
With a Standard membership, you will be able to schedule bi-weekly 1:1 virtual coaching calls. Opting for a “Premium” membership provides an even higher level of support with more frequent calls.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my coaching call?
Clients may cancel or reschedule a call as long as they provide 48 hours of notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment, as well as missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee.
What happens when my program ends?
We celebrate your wins! Clients have the option to enroll in one of my alumni membership programs for ongoing maintenance. We can discuss what course of action works best for you, as each case varies.
Does Jennifer Garrett Nutrition LLC accept insurance?
No, Jennifer Garrett Nutrition LLC does not currently accept insurance plans. I don’t participate with insurance companies, but upon request and with a written diagnosis from your physician, I will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier.
